Bill Pay item removed

Did something happen that prevents paying mortgage lenders at Paypal? My Bill Pay item to pay my monthly mortgage disappeared and I can no longer find the lender when searchinig.  I went to my Activity tab, viewed previous payments to the lender and clicked the manage bill pay button for the lender and cannot get a PAY button to appear.

Same issue with several of my billers -- my Internet company and Insurance. I got on the chat with a support agent, and they escalated me, but they didn't have a reason why they were removed or a resolution and just wanted me to get off the chat 😕

Same issue here. I've recently lost 4 of my 5 billers that I pay monthly.

Why does Paypal help have no idea why billers are missing or if they are fixing the issue or ending paypal billpay?

I lost three more bill-pay configurations this week. I was able to add one back for JC Penney credit card account (Synchrony).
I can't locate by searching for Capital One to pay my Walmart Store credit card anymore.
I can't locate by searching for Nationstar to pay my home loan anymore
I can't locate by searching for Farmer's Insurance to pay my car and home insurance, etc. anymore.
Is this just happening to a small number of people using FOLD debit cards as one of their payment methods?

they are removing many billers probably because they are eating all the credit card fees. they just don't want to tell people outright. 😑 gg paypal nobody uses it for anything else but free bill pay.
