Bill Pay item removed

Did something happen that prevents paying mortgage lenders at Paypal? My Bill Pay item to pay my monthly mortgage disappeared and I can no longer find the lender when searchinig.  I went to my Activity tab, viewed previous payments to the lender and clicked the manage bill pay button for the lender and cannot get a PAY button to appear.

Sorry to know about some missing billers through Bill Pay feature. I know this can be very frustrating. I recommend you to reach out to the Support Team to get your information added to any of the open tickets to help the technicians in resolving the issue. Hi, I have gone through that process twice and I never was contacted by a human representative. At this point, I believe I may be more appropriate for someone within the organization, like you, to raise this issue throught the appropriate channels be an advocate for PayPal’s customers. Could you please give us an update on what is happening with Bill Pay? The PayPal option is on my bill (ORANGE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR for FLORIDA STATE), but I can't find the organization on the PayPal platform to pay the bill. This absolutely doesn't make any sense. Please advise. Pay Pal Customer Service has no idea about Bill Pay and how that works in your organization.

I cannot locate Northwestern Mutual as a bill pay option.  I have been using Bill Pay to pay Northwestern Mutual for nearly two years.

Me too. I was paying my student loan and now the option is gone. I am currently working outside of the US and this was my only option to making payments. While I appreciate the fact that PayPal enabled me to do this easily, now that it is suddenly gone it makes me extremely inconvenienced to say the least.  I hope that someone in PayPal can fix the issue or at least make an official statement as to why it is no longer available. Thank you.

You can pay student loans directly from your bank account. Set up the Loan Provider as a Payee. Have the payment sent about 3-4 days before it's due, and it should get there on time. Since it's coming directly from the bank to them, it should show as the day sent from the bank without any delay so it will be paid on time. You can set it up to recur every month and not worry about it.
