Buy Label link to shipstation no longer working

Hello everyone,

I could really use some help.  I've been using shipstation for shipping my PayPal orders, since the beginning (when PayPal switched over to shipstation).  Now for some reason, which I can't figure out, when I click "Buy Shipping Label" for the selected transaction, the PayPal shipping center shows.  I used to be redirected to shipstation website.  

I can't figure out how to switch from PayPal Shipping Center back to ShipStation.  I've tried doing things like making sure 3rd party (Auctan LLC) is enabled (which it is).  

If I manually go to PayPal.shipstation.com I can still see my PayPal orders and purchase labels.  BUT what I want is to be on the PayPal Activity/Transaction pages and be able to click "Buy Shipping Label" and have it correctly redirect me to ShipStation for that transaction/purchase label. 

Can anyone help?  Has anyone else had this problem.  I've actually spent hours now trying to get help through shipstation and PayPal chatbot's and neither gives any help except to accounts which have never made the connection to shipstation.

This is very annoying.  Shipstation allowed me to have presets (3oz., 4oz., etc.) and easy to scroll to small USPS box, etc.  We must try to find an alternative, I guess, as this is time consuming and frustrating .

I’m having an issue with purchasing a shipping label as well. When I click “buy shipping label” is tries to take me to shipstation, but it just spins for a while then says “invalid query”. I haven’t been able to purchase a label through PayPal for a week. Any help?
