Can't turn on notifications from iPhone

Hello,
I can't turn on notifications on my iPhone('Have a purchase or rewards update', 'Receive money'...).
When i turn it on go back and come back again all are switched off again.
Iphone 14 pro, iOS: 16.5.1

Welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with your notifications from the PayPal app. Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app again to see if that helps?
