I understand your concern about using PayPal Pay in 4. Yes, you can use it in online stores. Pay in 4 will appear as a payment method for eligible shopping cart when you check out with PayPal. Upon applying, you'll receive a decision within seconds, although not every application will be approved. Availability depends on your state of residence. You must also have a PayPal account in good standing or open a PayPal account to apply.
Pay in 4 may not be available for certain merchants. We may also decide not to offer PayPal Pay in 4 as an option based on our internal checks. However, we won't be able to confirm as which store accepts PayPal. If you get an option of Pay in 4 during checking out that means the merchant accept it.
