I cannot find anywhere to apply for the PayPal prepaid or debit card! The links their chat bot sent me to are dead. ''This article no longer exists'' etc.
Any other link I have been able to find through searches, even from PayPal hosted pages, are dead.
May I please request a working link to learn about the PayPal debit card options and possibly even dare to apply for one, if I'm feeling particularly audacious?
Considering the hurdles they make us jump through to get any information, you could be led to think PayPal doesn't want their users knowing anything about their services!
