Does pay pal have a virtual card

I just ordered a new PayPal card how do I view the virtual card on

I once tried their own c.c., then was scammed and learned that - at least at that time - it had NONE of the usual protections that bank c.c's. offer in a dispute.  I had to Really Work Hard to get my refund , so will never use that option again!
