Create a quick donation button not working in my business (nonprofit) account?

Why is the create a quick donation button not working in my business (nonprofit) account? In the past I have been able to create different links for different campaigns. Today, when I click the button on my home page nothing happens.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues creating a donation button. I know this must be frustarting. It sounds like you could be experiencing a possible technical issue when trying to create your link.

I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
