Digital debit card

So I just got my PayPal debit card ordered and it gave me a digital debit card but everytime I try to view the details it says “sorry we couldn’t confirm it’s you” had this problem for about 2 days now.

I understand you're having trouble viewing your digital PayPal Debit Card. When trying to view the card, please ensure you're using the device you log into your account from most often. On that device, you'll want to turn your location services on and disable any VPNs or hosting IPs. Next, clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser. If the error persists, please try allowing a full 24-48 hours before viewing again.
