I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the expected reward. If you are referring to the PayPal promotion, please note that if you're eligible for this promotion, you should have received a notification inviting you to take advantage of it. The Terms and Conditions would have been at the bottom of the promotion, stating what steps need to be taken in order to be eligible. Once you have redeemed the offer, you should see the reward in your account within a couple of days. If you're referring to Google Play offers, please reach out to their concern team for further assistance.

ok thanks, found it. Seems as if it ends in December OR when 50,000 have been redeemed which ever is sooner so maybe that has been reached?

So i still got the offer when checking out, even after it ran out of redemptions?? That seems like a pretty **bleep** and illegal thing to do

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- Google Play no GPA code but charged in paypal in Security and Fraud
- Account hacked with cloned phone & used for $17,000 in fraudulent charges in Security and Fraud
- Filed case under wrong issue and now cannot seem to change in Security and Fraud
- Permanently disabled account email received and no reason given in Security and Fraud
- complaint customer service manager in Transactions
