I can't send invoices, I keep getting the message "Sorry, we couldn't update your invoice".

I can't update, save or send an invoice, I keep getting the message "Sorry, we couldn't update your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries".

 

I have cleaned the cache, removed words from the invoice that people have said would solve the problem, tried to send from a mobile app, tried different browsers, and contacted support (but I haven't had any help).

 

I noticed that when I create the invoice, I can save it once, but the second time the issued and due date change and I can't pick the right days, it seems like a bug or something. From the second attempt to save a draft there's nothing else I can do, can't send, can't share a link, can't download or anything. I don't know what to do anymore. I have been using the Request Payment method, but it sucks. The only reason I use PayPal is for the invoices.

 

Does anyone know how to solve the problem or the only solution is to abandon Paypal once and for all?

I fixed it, @DiveshSingh !

 

I noticed that my business legal information was outdated in PayPal's records, so I contacted support to help me update it. After the update, the invoice system is working perfectly now. I had to complete account verification again, but it only took a few minutes.

 

I recommend checking if your business legal documents and information are up-to-date in PayPal. If you need to update something, contact support and ask for their assistance to ensure everything is done correctly and to verify the account quickly if necessary.

 

It wasn't my case, but checking if your personal information is up-to-date in PayPal's records might also be a good idea.

I do understand that you have issue with your invoicing. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
