I have proof that i paid off my paypal credit balance in FULL so should have a balance of £0, (no interest applied or fees of any kind either) now for no reason what so ever it says i owe them £2.62? Now Not exactly a lot i know BUT, if there doing this to enough people it mounts up, as usual they claim they are right despite being shown inexplicable evidence that they are 100% wrong, should i report them for fraud because it blatantly is?

Well we don't know all the facts or the figures involved so if you want to report them then I guess that is up to you.

I already have done now, no surprise they contacted me and asked what they could do to make it right, too late for that.
