I mistakenly paid the full payment amount. I suppose to pay in 6 monthly installments

Hi all.

I mistakenly paid the full payment amount of my ticket cost which I suppose to pay in 6 time monthly installments from my PayPal account.

I want to pay the amount in the same installment plan.

PayPal will take the money from my account the full amount I have still the ability to cancel the payment.

What do I suppose to do in this case?

Should I cancel the payment in my bank account?

how is possible again to have the same 6-month installment to have?

who do I need to contact for this?

The money is been sent to the OY SRG Finland which I had the installment payment with them.

I did the payment via the https://www.seat24

I see you're looking to cancel your recent purchase. When the payment is paid already and in completed status, it can't be canceled. You have to contact the merchant to request a refund and after getting your money back, you can process the payment again choosing Pay in 6 plan.
