Invoice (and template) items cannot be set to use "Today" as date

I have a template for a default invoice for hourly services, with several item presets.

For any invoice items, in either the template or an invoice created from the template, I cannot select "Today" in the date picker. Clicking that radio button has no effect. The "Selected" radio button is always on, and the preset date in is always the one chosen when creating the template. I must click on the date in the calendar itself to change it.

It is a nuisance, especially if I forget to change it and have to go back and revise the invoice after sending. 
Periodically I update the template with a newer date selected so that at least I do not have to page through several months to get to the current month to select the date.

Has anyone else seen this?

Where can I complain to have this fixed?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to select 'Today' in the date column of the invoice. I suggest you to try clearing cache, cookies from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if you can opt the option 'Today" in the invoice.
