Invoices on PayPal personal, revert from PayPal business to PayPal personal

Can you send invoices on a PayPal personal account ? If I can, how do I revert from PayPal business to PayPal personal? I receive less than $1000 per month via PayPal.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
