My Zettle Reader won't connect to new phone

Hi, I recently upgraded my phone to a Moto RAZR+ from a Samsung 22 Ultra. I can't get the software on the new phone to find the Zettle card reader. I am able to take tap payments, which helps me with compatible credit cards, but I need this to work to do business. The steps I have taken so far:.. 1. Asked for tech support help. Unfortunately, they have been no help. 2. Factory reset the network 3. Paired the device in Bluetooth before in the app (comes up as "DATECS 8xx"). However, app still does not detect the reader. 3. Press the power button on the card reader to reveal the code. BLE 8xx. Does not let the app see the reader. I'm thinking that it might be because the unit was previously paired to my old Samsung which is now gone. Can anyone help?

I have the same issue.  We got three card readers to go with three tablets for our festival.  They all worked when we first connected them and tested them.  But now two of the three readers is giving the "BLE 8xx" error.  I tried the 9+power to reset the Bluetooth, but all it does is shut down the reader, and when I restart the error is still there.

I purchased 2 readers and both have this problem after working OK when tested
