Pay Credit Card $100 offer

I was supposed to get a $100 credit for applying for the PayPal credit card and making my first purchase. This was on my checkout at EBay. I applied was approved and made the purchase. I have not received the $100. Did this happen to anyone?

If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
