Pay in 4 merchandise delivery

When do I get my merchandise with Pay in 4?. Is the order processed right away or do I need to complete all four payments? Thanks for any help with this!

The seller is paid upfront so you get your item as soon as you have paid.

The 'loan' is between you and paypal.

Hello I have used paid in 4 they have charged me but the site I bought of says problem with PayPal will I get my money back or the product

I just signed up for "Pay in 4" last night.  No doubt it was in the fine print, but it does not looks like I bought anything.  Did not receive any notification from the vendor.  Transaction is "Pending" in Paypal.  The total was about $480.  The "pending" amount is $120.   So what really happens?  Somebody reviews my application, and if approved, then the order goes through?    There is nothing in the records available to me that link the transaction to the vendor.  Seller info is "Pay in 4".

@kernowlassI should have mentioned that I read that but I find it odd that there's nothing that links this transaction to the actual vendor.  From my perspective, I can't tell:

a) Whether something went wrong, or if this is all just normal.  I assume it's normal.

b) What else if anything do I have to do.

c) How long to expect this to get resolved.

I went back to the vendor website.  The products are still in my cart.  If I get tired of waiting and order it anyway, then when Paypal gets around to approving my loan, do they get ordered again?

FYI after about 3 days, the "pending" request disappeared and nothing else happened.  By that time I had already purchased the products directly from the vendor.  Not sure whether "Pay in 4" works for some people but it sure didn't work here nor did I receive anything in the way of a useful explanation.

Hi, I have used this a lot, PayPal forwards the money for you so you can get it straight away. They limit tge amount you can spend until you prove that you pay. Please be aware although there are no penalties for paying late, part of your PayPal agreement is the pay in 4 payments can negatively effect your credit score if you don't pay. I hope that answers for you.
