PayPal Mastercard Cancelled Because THEY Messed up my Payment

Beware PayPal MasterCard, it's a horrible operation. PayPal MasterCard cancelled my card because they **bleep** up my payment. Apparently, when PayPal was updating their Website, I tried to pay $3,000 of my MasterCard bill. Although the site said no payment went through, the next day I found they had billed me for THREE, $3,000 payments. I was told by PayPal that because of the length of time it takes to get a refund, I should tell my bank to stop payment, which I did. I eventually got $6,000 back, after being charged an overdraft by my bank.

To make a long story short, PayPal MasterCard has now cancelled my account because I have been deemed "High Risk" because I supposedly don't make payments. This despite having paid every month, and sometimes several times a month, and in this situation, I was trying to make a payment. The Call Center supervisor told me that the card cancellation and the stop payment are unrelated, but we all know that's BS.

Does PayPal actually read these posts? I am furious with this company and their crappy service. And I suspect this is going to put a big hit on my credit score, just what I need as a senior citizen on Social Security.

So Sorry for your mishap.  This PayPal Mastercard is a BIG FAT JOKE!!.  I used the card and paid charges in full on Dec.6  for $466 and they took funds from my bank and are now holding the $466 dollar payment until Dec. 21 so I cannot use this card now. None of my other credit card companies do that. This is a joke Credit Card. Don't waste your time getting it. I'm cancelling this Joke of a card.  I am 60 years old and NEVER in my life have I paid off my credit card and been told that the payment was so large that they had to put a hold on it.  HOLD WHAT?  You got my money from my bank 6 days ago.  You want to hold it another 9 days?  SORRY BUT I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CRAZY [removed] COMPANIES LIKE THIS.
