PayPal reward points GONE!

A few days ago, I had about 12,000 PayPal rewards points...I have not redeemed them in a VERY long time, yet today when I logged onto my account, ALL of my points are gone!

PayPal keeps directing me to my credit card vendor......I though that this was a PayPal function and not the responsibility of the credit card vendor?

I understand your concern about the Rewards and I know this can be frustrating. For this situation, I would recommend you to contact our Customer Support Team directly so that our representatives can review and help you accordingly with explanation and information. You can contact the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook by sending PM, Twitter and Instagram on DM. Unfortunately, we won't be able to discuss any account related information on this platform for security reasons.

I think we need to start a fraud investigation. They just did this to me. I had 42000 and I checked again after a few purchases I should've gotten the 5percent back and my points went down to 31000 I contact them and they go down to 27000 so now I'm mad I contact again and now I'm down to 24000 for no reason At all! Its this Honey company that is supposed to be giv8nt the points and they are not. Something is very wrong and I'm reporting them to. BBB.
