I wanted to make an in-game purchase and then looked at the payment options in the Play Store. Paypal said that the first time I make a purchase on Google Play in a game using Paypal, I will receive a €10 bonus via Paypal if the purchase exceeds €3. It's about this promotion: Get the chance to win €10 when you pay with PayPal for your first purchase of €3 or more on Google Play, and use your bonus on your next PayPal payment. So I did that and so far I haven't received any feedback or the money either... Why is that? I also checked a few times and this notice no longer appears under the Paypal payment option.
