Trying to use $10 Offer

Hello! I’ve recently received a $10 off $15 offer on my PayPal account, and it says that’s it’s ready to use, however there are two issues. For context I am trying to purchase a digital game for $29.99 on the Oculus Store. 1. When trying to buy the game with PayPal (or anything for that matter), the offer doesn’t appear. 2. My Card that I want to use (Visa Vanilla Gift) says that it cannot be used for this transaction, and I cannot find anything by to fix it. Thank you in advance for the help!

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with this transaction. 

I recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions for the promotion to ensure a transaction like this is covered. As for the trouble using your Visa Vanilla Gift Card for this purchase; prepaid cards usually cannot be linked to a PayPal account. At times, they can be linked, but can be blocked as a payment option in some situations.
