Thanks for your reply but there was no answer to my question on the link you sent me. The issue is that I owe nothing at all on my PayPal Credit account, I cleared the amount totally last month, this month I have seen 1.99 as a balance to be paid, just needed to know how you get a percentage from zero?

The link has a phone number for paypal credit, phone them and ask!
