anyone notice bills are disappearing from bill pay?

in the past couple weeks i noted almost all of my credit card and credit unions have disappeared from my bill pay section.  We are talking big names, chase bank, Penfed, fifth third bank, barclays (but i could find that to add again and pay a bill), another local credit union.  All of them gone and unable to find in search.  Anyone else see this happening?  Customer support has no clue what or why this is happening....

Seems to be widespread, there's another report on paypal forums and reddit. Sad to see it go 😞

I cannot locate Northwestern Mutual as a bill pay option.  I have been using Bill Pay to pay Northwestern Mutual for nearly two years.

Customer service was completely useless and didn’t even understand the bill pay part of PayPal after an hour of me talking to two people. All of my payees awcept 1 are now gone and my use of PayPal is no longer viable for me nor is the Mastercard I signed up for with PayPal. The customer service and not announcing this to users is horrible!

When I've called in, none of the representatives seems aware of the issue with missing Bill Pay vendors. Has there been any resolution to this apparently widespread issue? At this point, there should ay least be a posted notice.

@PayPal_Bindu , I have reached paypal customer service multiple times over the last couple of weeks. The support has been horrible and not giving a clear answer on how to address the issue. I have seen almost all of the bill pay options missing over the last few weeks.  Based on the comments from others, this obviously looks like a wide spread issue . 

I am seeing missing mortgage companies, internet provider utilities , credit card companies.
