invoice pending

hey, i created my Paypal account before a few month ago. first transaction was in pending status as normal for any new account. After that i started receiving my money instantly. now i'm trying the Business Tools for my discord bot premium plans and my own programming services. I created an invoice and the customer paid it. i have marked it that's have been paid but it's in pending status, why?

Pending with a clearance date or do you mean on hold?

the invoice status is "Pending" why it's pending and i have verified my profile before

Sounds as if the invoice has not be paid yet and you need to wait for the funds to clear.

If unsure then give customer services a call.
