late payment record

Hi

I have a single late payment recorded against my credit account in Oct 2021, that is affecting my credit score and ability to get a mortgage.  It was a one of mistake for a nominal amount and immediately corrected. Does anyone know how I can get it removed from my PayPal account financial records.

You would need to contact customer services on that one.

If its paypal credit then number is in the link, scroll right to the bottom where it says contact us.
