My Ebay Mastercard has a balance of available credit of only $120.00+. I tried to purchase items on Ebay for $50.00, and my payment wouldn't go through. When there is more money in there, there is no problem; only when it gets low. I have never received a notice from Paypal saying I can't go that low, but the card will work fine at physical stores and other websites, even when it's that low. Can't I spend my money, or what?
