Free shipping on a PayPal return

The instructions for receiving a refund on a PayPal return for shipping is to click on activity and then click on the transaction and then click on a link that says “request a refund for return shipping”. However there is no such link. Not sure how to proceed!

I purchased something off of grailed and of course item not as described. The "flawless shirt" had holes in it. No so flawless. I am told send it back for full refund. Great. Who pays for shipping? Me. I post the receipts on paypal for return shipping. One shows the tracking number that was posted in the dispute. Not good enough. What the heck does paypal want? This has been a complete nightmare. The agent tells me its because the purchase was not made ebay. Last time i checked i am still using paypal and it shouldn't matter. I was lied to by the seller so how is this my problem exactly?
