I recently applied for PayPal Financing option for buying a laptop, and I think it was ACCEPTED as I received an email with installment values and everything.
But, when I was redirected to the seller website, I realized I had the wrong Keyboard layout choice, so I changed it and I had to redo the application, only this time it was DECLINED! The price was same as before.
