PayPal Prepaid Mastercard FlashPay

Hello everyone

I've had me Prepaid PayPal MasterCard since 2018 now and i recently figured that there's something called FlashPay which i can send money to other NetSpend card holders using FlashPay, but it seems like i can't find that option anywhere on my online account center, I've tried contacting support so many times but no fix for this, anyone knows why is this and why i don't have FlashPay option?

If you want a Flashpay ID, a Netspend product, you need to create a Netspend account. Log on to the Online Account Center and follow the steps to get your own Flashpay ID. To get your Recipient’s FlashPay ID, you will have to ask them to provide it to you. Not sure if it'll work with PayPal Prepaid card account though since if you can't create a FlashID through the PayPal Prepaid Card account which is issued by Bancorp Bank and allows you to load money through the Netspend network but is not a Netspend product.

However your reply does not include helpful info my friend here's why:

My card is a PayPal prepaid master card and it can't be used at https://www.netspend.com/flashpay/ or https://www.netspend.com

My card website it https://www.paypal-prepaid.com/

thing is i do have an online account at paypal-prepaid.com for my card by there's no option to send using flashpay at all and there's no option to set it up that's my problem

Im having same issue...anyone ever resolve it...so paypal prepaid uses netspends network..so can paypal prepaid have a flashpay id?
