I was about to apply for the Paypal Cashback Credit Card mainly because during my research I found that said credit card was listed as not having a Foreign Transaction Fee charge. It wasn't until the last step to apply for the card that they show the fine print sheet that all the credit cards have and there it was. A 3% Foreign Transaction Fee.
Of course, I didn't finish the application. I did try to research before going through the application process. Nowhere on the website shows you this information. I only found a rewards benefit guide and a rewards program terms sheet.
Now my question is: Does thoroughly offer a no foreign transaction fee credit card?
And why is this card listed on some websites as a card that doesn't have this fee?
