What details sender can see about the recipient?

If sending via paypalme link – what details can sender see about the recepient? Name, email, phone number? What information can be hidden, and what can't be hidden?

And that article DOES NOT HAVE THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. Why not just answer the question right here if you know the answer??? I wouldn't have asked this <removed> question if information was easy to come by. PayPal hides from these questions, asked multiple times over the years, and just ignores them.
