trying to change my pin on debit card

ive lost my pin for my debit card so i followed the instructions on the paypal page but there dosnt seem to be an option to change pin. although it saysd there should be. i cant see it

Not from the UK so work with me if your web interface bares no resemblance to the USA one. When you're on the Summary page of your account is there a icon for your debit card? If so, click it. Look for a "Manage Your Card" link and click it, it should give you options such as updating PIN and reporting lost/stolen card(s), etc.

Hi thanks for the reply. No I don't have that option. I go into summary and there is no link to the card so I'm scratching my head. I might just have to report this card lost and start again.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to change the pin on your card. If the instructions on this page are not working, please contact the number on the back of the card for assistance. Since you said that the card isn't listed in your account, there may be a problem with the link to the card.

I live in California and cant seem to fund what they are saying, I have no option to chang pin either
