Button - VAT and Total Problem

Hi Team,

Be gental as I am new to the forumn. 

I have 2 web sites where were sell items using the Paypal system. We have created "Add to Cart"  buttons for each item and a "View Cart" at the top of each page. Both have the same issue.

1, On adding to cart its not showing the VAT. 

2, On printing the transaction I notice the Purchase Price total is empty on both lines.

- VAT wont be added until PayPal knows where the customer is checking out from. But should be displayed once the enter their payment details. 

- Are the lines empty only within the print out or on the transaction details page of the account as well?

Totals are blank within detail. But are shown at the bottom. 

Why isnt the VAT shown?
