MSXML3.DLL Error on IPN Post back

On 7/12/2020, I started getting the following error message on postback:

msxml3.dll error '80072f7d'

An error occurred in the secure channel support

I need to resolve ASAP so that my site can resume filling orders.

Any Ideas?
