Please help cant connect Systeme io to PayPal

I am trying to link my PayPal to Syteme io but when i put in the credentials i get this message about PayPal ." Unable to set up integration with PayPal due to the following PayPal error: #10002: Security header is not valid". i HAVE CONTACTED pAYpAL BUT IM STILL WAITING SINCE YESTERDAY FOR A REPLY. dOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PLEASE.

The "10002" API response means that there is an issue with the API credentials you have provided. Check the credentials that you've entered, ensure that there are no "white spaces" at the start or the end of the credentials.

Please refer to the Developer Portal for a complete list of NVP/SOAP API error codes.

If you copied and pasted the credentials from your PayPal account, ensure that if you paste them into a program, the program isn't modifying the credentials as some programs do to accomplish formatting.
