Hello,I am working with the PayPal REST API in Ruby on rails, specifically, with Payouts, and my problem is: I'm not able to find absolutely nothing in the documentation if I want to reversing a payment when I am using the payouts API. I would also like to know if there is any way to avoid duplicate payments with this API.
