Hi,
I am designing a website and would like to add 3% at the bottom of the payment form. Like shipping costs but instead of shipping it's 3% extra banking costs.
Would like it automatically added to all transactions.. Does anybody know if this is possible?
Hope you can help.
J

Its much easier just to markup your prices by 3% and make an internal accounting note its to cover paypal fees.

I understand your post to be a protest against the high PayPal fees. I agree. I checked my fees and discovered they ranged from 4 -8 per cent. Just outrageous. What are we paying for? And why can't the buyer help pay those extremely high fees?

I think I'll have to start adding a higher "handling fee" to my sales.......the amounts of fees keep rising, and I am losing $$ by selling!!
Paypal says its against their policy to charge extra to cover fees, so "handling" it will be........
