Sign Up help

So I signed for an account, when I tryed to make a purchase it said my account or the email I used did not exist. 

So I re did everything (signed up again) and tried to put my credit card on it and it told me it was being used by another account. I'm pretty sure I used the right email address the first time because when I re loaded pay pal my email address was there (this was before for I re signed up). Now I don't where my credit card info is. Please help.

Hi angelbel, and welcome to the forums!

I'm guessing that you may have made a typo in the creation of your account the first time. It happens. Heaven knows I've done it before!

If you give Customer Solutions a call, they can locate your account for you by searching with your credit card number, and go over options for resolving the problem. Click Contact Us at the bottom of any PayPal page, and then select to call. I'm sure they can help you out!
