money is showing as -16.65 net amount

No one has been able to help me with this.

The customer service here is questionable but I'll give it one more shot.

On my Paypal account, I had 16.65 deposited. Once I did the bank transfer, and when you click on details it states:
Net Total or w/e at -16.65

What does THIS mean?

There are no open cases against me. I didn't sell anything.

the money isn't in my card yet.

Can someone please help me?

You are referring to the Net amount field in your Paypal transaction details page? The negative amount means that is being subtracted from your Paypal balance. So, that means your Paypal balance is zero now because you took $16.65 from that and are now putting it into your bank account. You should have your money in the bank account in 3-4 business days.
