I am in need of advice...I cannot seem to issue a partail refund to a buyer that filed a dispute. I have never had a dispute filed and do not know how to get this to go away. I have over 100 held and will have to refund the whole amount when I am not to refund but 11.00. What can I do, if anything???

I have the same problem. I only see an option for a full refund. How do I issue a partial refund from the held funds? Plus, the dispute is holding the entire funds for the transaction. I don't have anymore funds to issue a refund unless the dispute is dropped first and the funds freed. Paypal, how in the world is this supposed to work??????????

Hi,
It has been a long time since I participated in the Dispute process, but I recall there being a way to respond to the dispute management people somewhere on your account page. Logf into your PayPal account and clico on the Resolution Center button There are a couple of tutorials on this process there also.
Hope this helps.
