Paypal refund

 Got a cancelled transaction and still my moneys not been returned to my account  8TH84991067686829  Also sent money to my bank account and its still not there either Where is it PAYPAL is in control of it  wheres it at?

If you paid with an eCheck, and the seller refused it, the funds will eventually show up in your PayPal account balance after three to five business days after the eCheck was first started, provided the bank funds it.  Withdrawals out of PayPal take the same amount of time - it will show "Completed" in PayPal, but this only means that we have deducted the funds out of your account balance and initiated the withdrawal process.
