Refund not refunded to me

For the second time I've recieved a refund that goes to Paypal instead of me.

The status shows refund complete, you have sent Paypal $XXX using Paypal.

What a joke.

If I ever get in a situation again from an eBay purchase where I am offered a refund I'll say no thanks, just keep it.

Paypal is like my wife, they take my money and I never see it again. At least with her I get a bj on my birthday.

I'm having a similar issue. I asked for a refund ($26.95 USD) from a server hosting company (VReel Media). They obliged, but the 'Type' is 'Temporary Hold', and the Status is 'Placed'. The Amount is '-$26.95 USD '. Did PayPal just take my money? It's been 2 days already.
