Hello, I am a private individual who is selling a moped. the potential buyer wants to pay using pay pal but I am worried that they will ask for a chargeback even if the bike is as I have described .
What can I do to protect myself from this potential scam ?

Do not use PayPal, if you check the User Agreement, vehicles are covered for Seller or Buyer Protection. Suggest selling locally for cash.
