Basically I sold an item that got couriered to the customer, it never got there, so she got a refund from me (I got money back from courier company), but then the next day it got delivered to my customer. I have since written to her and asked her to send the money back as the courier compnay want their money back from me, but she won't respond. How do I cancel the refund I sent her as it's still pending for 5-7 days.
Unfortunately that's not possible as there are no features or options to cancel a refund. The only transactions you can cancel are ones that show a status of "unclaimed". In order to get the money returned, you would have to contact the receiver and negotiate a return.
Normally you can't cancel a refund but if it is still pending then you could try contacting your bank and seeing if they will stop the payment processing but i think it will be too late.
Failing that the buyer may well send the payment again.
Your buyer is probably not responding as she does not have any refund yet.
