This is my last resort as I've received absoloutely no help from PayPal I'm disgusted with the service. I sold a phone on eBay. Turned out the buyer wasn't happy with the phone so we arranged a partial refund. We done everything properly but PayPal said my funds (his refund) was on hold. We tried for about 2 days to get them to him but no luck at all. The customer service was shocking. They had no clue what they was on about. Eventually PayPal suggested I sort the refund myself and then they will release the funds. I wasn't happy about this as I could lose out. But I did it anyway. They said for me to send proof that I sent it to the seller. Which I did. They still wouldn't release the funds. About a week or 2 went past and they said I haven't sent proof and took my funds! I messaged the buyer he said he hadn't received another payment. Sent screenshots of his transactions and I believe he hasn't. PayPal also gave me a £12 charge on top of this. I've sent emails with no reply. And tried calling them. The 1st time I got zero sense out of them and the other 2 times I was on hold for around half hour and the line went dead. Am I supposed to just leave this?
