Possible UGG boot fraud....has anyone else ordered from UGG OUTLET????

I have ordered 2 pairs of UGGS from UGG OUTLET and the payment went to AUKOALA AUSTRALIA INTL LTD via Paypal on 2nd Dec 2011.

On 3/12/11 I received the order confirmation email and an email confirming the shipping of the boots which gave a tracking number and the shipping company www.ejs.com.cn, however when I put my tracking number in, the page could not be displayed because a fatal error had occurred!!!!  This stated they would take 5-7 working days to arrive....it has been more than that now.

I have emailed Aukoala and I have emailed the UGG OUTLET store and the mailer demon sends it back saying the recipient does not exist!!!   I am really concerned that I have been scammed.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

Hi Adam

I won't be cancelling my dispute with via Pay Pal even if they do turn up I certainly don't want anything to do with boots made out of dogs !! and neither do I want fake Uggs, even if they do arrive, I will be desperately trying to find some one to verify and sign to say these boots are fake and will be pursuing this to the end. The sooner these companies get put out of business the better. I Will let you know how it goes though.

Dear All

I hate to disappoint all of you, but the boots did arrive and they don't even have UGG labels on them, nor were they the style I ordered. The label at the back of the boot instead of stating UGG states AUKOALA !!! What a rip off. Now what do I do as I thought Pay Pal had said if I got them verified as not being UGG's then I can get a refund, clearly these boots are not even pretending to be UGGS, but the web site you order them from states UGG.

hey,

so they arrived then.... AUKOALA is a known make of the UGG boot however its not the UGG Australias that we all thought we were buying..... However i beleive the boots they are selling/sending to us are ripp offs of the real AUKOALA boots.... I would contact the main distributer AUKOALA and tell them the situation and say where you got them from and give all the infoarmtion you have ie. their paypal address, registered company name, tel number, email address etc and see if they are a distributer for AUKOALA (which I beleive they arnt because someone in this thread did say they contacted AUKOALA direct and AUKOALA stated that UGGSOUTLETT are not a verified distributer for AUKOALA) so thats how you will be able to confirm that they are counterfit goods....

The fact that they have now changed their webiste name and their email address seems very dodgy.... Why would you have a Austrailan website and phone number yet you post your goods from china? again seems dodgy....  I will deffinatly not be keeping them I will not give them to anyone if i think they are made from raccon dogs..... I will prob take them to a UGG Austraila store and see if they can confirm what the material is....

UGG is actually a style of shoe/boot so they can use the wording UGG on their site..... Still i beleive they are counterfit goods and I will get to the bottom of this.....

Please stay in touch and let me know how you get on....

Dear All and Adam please see my reply to Pay Pal and changing my dispute - http://www.onlineaustraliaugg.com/ugg-from-australia-narnia-women-boots.html

This is the style of UGG boot I ordered from Aukoala, the link no longer exists from their company and if I could attach pictures of what actually turned up I would (how do you do that?) There are so many threads on your web site about this company under UGG fraud most of them mine replying to other peoples concerns - fact of the matter is my boots did turn up, but no UGG recognition at all on their boot, and they don’t even look the same as the ones I ordered? This company when you Google them 'Aukoala Inc' seems to come up with lots of information about animal cruelty with regard to 'Racoon Dogs' being skinned alive to make these boots? Also when I emailed UGG Australia (the legitimate company) they say they have nothing to do with this web site at all? The boot is completely branded with 'AUKOALA' NOT what I ordered at all? This company seems to be misleading people into thinking they are ordering UGG (R) Australia boots when they are NOT, it’s like ordering a Toyota RAV 4 and a SKODA turns up? Is there anything you can do? Equally my main concern is that these boots are made from an illegal source and not of a humane source to say the least? If I return these boots (the fact also that they have changed their company name since I ordered them) alerts to me the fact they are trying to make quick buck and that A: the won't receive them, and B: they will charge me a re-stocking charge, of which NEITHER am I happy to pay and especially for something that looks nothing like I ordered. THIS website is 100% misleading? FYI - UGG Australia have already told me the boot I ordered is no longer in production

Good luck every one and legt me know IF your boots turn up and what they are like? This whole thing has taken up so much of my time and I wish I Had never seen the link on Google?

******ATTENTION EVERYONE YOU MUST REPORT THIS TO PAYPAL......*****

We have escalated a dispute to a claim for an Imitation item. When you go to make a claim you have to provide the website that your purchased on but as many of you know this website seizes to exsist now so you can just put in www.google.com so it will let you proceed to the next step with your claim.

There is an individual "ADA" who is responding on this thread and emailing people individually. IGNORE HER. She is the representative for this Fraudulent excuse for a company. I will get my money back in full and I will not pay a dime in shipping. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for PAYPAL.

We all Saw the pictures with the "UGG" insignia on the back of the boot and that is not what we got. THIS IS FRAUD!!!

Please reply if you need assistance filing your claim with paypal!

I don't understnad how Pay Pal do not have more of a kick when it comes to fraud? They must read these emails? They must know this company is fake. I have called them about AUKOALA as too has Adam, with regard to ADA yes all replies to this fruadulant site seems to come from her, even Adam attached her name in his emails. Lets hope if we all pull together we will get our money back and kick this company off GOOGLE, alas I only assume they will trade under another name. I think there should be a warning on GOOGLE so if you type in UGG BOOTS it comes up with 'what to look out for on fraudulant sites!  I know the legit company gave me links of where to buy true blue Australian UGGS.

Do you think GOGGLE can help us?
