Received a refund but it's not showing in my Paypal balance

I reieved message from eBay

"Good news! We issued you a full refund  on May 28, 2016. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping and has been credited to your PayPal account. Please log in to PayPal and view the History page if you don't see it in your PayPal balance.

 

but the my Paypal balance is zero

I have two paypal accounts  I do not remember which one the I refund go to it.

More importantly how did you FUND the paypal payment to the seller that was refunded?

Also just a note of caution, you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

If you have x2 of the same kind you may well find them both limited.
