Refund help - Dorothy Perkins

Hi There,

 

I was wondering if you could help, I bought something from the Dorothy Perkins website last week using my paypal account, I retuned it to the store yesterday and they asked me for my card, I put my PIN in and they told me the money was refunded, however, it is not in my account or my paypal account.

 

Does anyone know what happens in this situation?

Hi there steffmosis, 

 

This is unusual, if you pay through PayPal the normal process is the seller would issue the refund through PayPal.

 

I would try contacting the seller directly on this and if you have no luck you have 45 days from the date of the original payment to open a dispute through PayPal, you can do this by going to the 'Resolution Centre' of your account.
