Sports direct order

Hi there, I'm hoping you can help, last night I placed an order with sports direct using good old PayPal to pay. I've had a confirmation from PayPal and the transaction is showing as pending (as I understand it does for companies) but I have not received an order confirmation from sports direct and theres nothing in my order history with them. Being as it seems nearly impossible to contact them I was wondering if I can cancel the payment to them and if so how? Thanks in advance

You can't cancel a pending payment to a company but if they don't process your order and "collect" your money the pending status normally bugs out around 30 days.

Thank you for your reply. I've yet to manage to get in touch with sports direct to see if my order has reached them...I'll think twice before ordering from them again but thank goodness I used PayPal! Will keep you posted. Thanks again.
